Meet the founders

I'm Kyce Wilson, and I founded termlink with my partner, Chezney Barry. We built termlink as a reaction to a problem that exists within all real estate transactions — long, complex and strenuous negotiation stages. Since the day they met, we both wanted to own real estate that we'd eventually can pass down to the next generation. In August of 2025, we closed on our first townhome.

The whole process was unusually stressful — managing our priorities, scheduling appraisals and inspections, endless back and forth negotiating and more. The entire transaction felt dated, and we felt like the industry was owed a modern system that made buying or selling a home seamless and easy to understand, every step of the way. Termlink is that solution, and we hope you enjoy your experience with us.
